I was at Aerius Health Center from 10/17/2024 until 12/03/2024. The nurses, CNA's were excellent. Very supportive and kind. The therapists were top notch. Every day I am making progress. Thank you. The Social Wirker was helpful. The rooms were keep clean. We were able to order food if we wanted something different. I am thankful for everyone 's help.

I was at Aerius Health Center from 10/17/2024 until 12/03/2024. The nurses, CNA's were excellent. Very supportive and kind. The therapists were top notch. Every day I am making progress. Thank you. The therape between Rock Gabriel and Grace Rock only had a problem with one lady at midnight shift I don't see her anymore because I spoke up on it but the therapy team rocks they made me a lot stronger and gave me a lot of confidence to myself thank you guys. If you want care for your loved one just is the place to be I've had numerous strokes in my life and have numerous nursing homes I have been in for therapy but this one there's no comparators 24-hour food 24-hour gym great staff very friendly

I am disabled and recovering. I went to see a friend, after coming out of Optalis nursing facility a bit ago myself. Aerius has 24 hour access to order and receive food. CNA Gina offered me some ice water and showed me to my friends room. Also told my friend was sleeping. I did see my friend, got compliments from residents on my walker, and ice water to go, as sunny & 88 outside. Very satisfied and pleasant visit.

CNA Gina offered me some ice water and showed me to my friends room. Also told my friend was sleeping. I can't say enough positive things about Nurse Kelly. She was caring and attentive. Also CNA, Jessica,I would like to take home with me. She was kind. empathic, thought to do needed things without being asked. Some nurses early on I don't remember all names. No one mistreated me, but tone of voice and patience are extremely important to patients.

Great place to work No individual facility is perfect, but when it comes to help in any form, whether it be switching a schedule, or LOA, or even switching from day shift to night shift after your first day.... Aerius was always willing to help me in anyway possible. I miss this facility very much, yes some things were frustrating but overall, it was a great place to work. If you decide to work here, just be on time and prepared to serve your patients to your best ability. That is all they ask.

Great place to work No individual facility is perfect, but when it comes to help in any form, whether it be switching a schedule, or LOA, or even switching from day shift to night shift after your first day.... I can’t believe how good the food was and I was able to call down to the kitchen at any hour if I wanted anything to eat or drink!! I can’t say enough about the nurses and pt/ot therapists. I was admitted for three weeks of therapy . The staff was so nice, good and friendly. I can’t believe how good the food was and I was able to call down to the kitchen at any hour if I wanted anything to eat or drink!! I can’t say enough about the nurses and pt/ot therapists. I would definitely recommend aerius. I listened to them and put in the work needed so I could go home. I think that is key to your recovery, working with the staff!

This lovely, new, clean facility exceeded our expectations when my 97 year old Mother was there following a minor stroke in Feb 2022. The staff is caring, friendly and genuine. Mike her OT, went above and beyond to help and comfort my Mom who was scared and feeble. She regained her ability to walk with a walker quickly. Jennifer was her favorite aid and treated her like her own grandmother, going out of her way each day for special care and kindness. Mary her nurse was professional and caring and always had a "hello" how are you when we came in each day. The kitchen staff welcomed us as we asked almost daily to microwave some of her favorite foods we would bring in and eat in the community room. I felt very comfortable quickly asking questions and voicing few concerns with all staff including social workers Tanya and Haley. My heartfelt thanks extended to all !

Everyone was very nice to me and took very good care of me from all the nurses and aids to all my PT and OT people. Was staying at AERIUS for 4 weeks. The facility is super nice. Very clean and well tended. Everyone was very nice to me and took very good care of me from all the nurses and aids to all my PT and OT people. Even the ladies who cleaned my room ( every day) couldn’t have been nicer or more friendly. All in all , what wasn’t a great time in my life, was made better by all of Aerius’ workers. I would highly recommend them. ❤️THANK YOU ALL !!

They are family I worked with everyone here for many years and retired May of 2020. The caring I saw while my years for the residents was always the best. I can say this because my mother was also a patient and she adored everyone, they became her family also. Wonderful people!

My mom was admitted to Aerius for Rehab. I was so nervous about putting her in a facility but when I started working with everyone at Aerius my fears were gone. It felt like I was handing her care to family because that’s how they have treated my mom and my whole family. From Michelle Terry down to the house keepers every one is absolutely amazing. I was able to sleep knowing my mom was getting care from people that truly treated her like family and they treated her with the highest dignity and respect . I can’t thank everyone there enough for everything they have done for my mom. If I could give this place higher than 5 stars I absolutely would. They have been a god send. Thank you to each and everyone you are angels.
